Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. The fund will invest most of its assets in equity securities of countries included in the Morgan Stanley Capital International All Country World ex U.S. Index which are generally considered to have developed markets. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests in at least three countries and invests at least 75% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies.
