The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in non-U.S. equity securities (including common stock, preferred stock, and depositary receipts) of companies from at least three countries other than the United States. These countries may include emerging market countries.
