A large company is defined as a company having a market capitalization at the time of purchase that falls within the market capitalization range of companies in the Russell 1000® Index. In selecting investments, the portfolio management team focuses on U.S. companies that pay dividends and seeks to identify companies that the advisor believes have the potential for capital appreciation.
