Under normal conditions, the adviser seeks to achieve its objective, the fund invests at least 80% of the value of its net assets in equity securities of domestic companies that meet the sustainable investment criteria of the fund, collectively the “Investment Criteria.” The fund invests primarily in the securities of medium and large capitalization companies that the Adviser believes (1) have the fundamental strengths to outperform their peers and deliver strong earnings growth over a market cycle, (2) effectively implement Sustainable Business Advantages, and (3) have attractive valuations.
