The fund invests primarily in equity securities of companies based in countries outside the United States, consisting principally of high dividend-paying stocks with dividend growth potential. As a fundamental policy, the adviser will concentrate its investments by investing more than 25% of the value of its total assets, in the aggregate, in one or more of the following groups of industries: banks; telecommunication services; insurance; utilities; and energy. The fund is non-diversified.
