The Portfolio is designed to provide exposure to a broad and diverse group of securities of non-U.S. companies in countries with developed and emerging markets. As a non-fundamental policy, under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities and/or investments that provide exposure to non-U.S. securities.
