The fund invests primarily in equity and equity equivalent securities of non-U.S. companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity and equity equivalent securities. The fund invests primarily in securities that River Road believes are undervalued.
