Zedge initiated its quarterly dividend program just five months ago. Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Reich cited the company's strong free cash flow generation and balance sheet strength as support for the increase.

"Free cash flow increased 31% year over year, and our balance sheet remains debt-free with $19.1 million in cash," Reich said. "The broad-based record performance we have seen since then gives us the confidence to implement this increase."

Reich noted the dividend increase does not constrain the company's ability to invest in growth initiatives or repurchase shares when market conditions warrant.
