Financial Performance
The dividend increase follows record financial performance in 2025. Visteon reported full-year sales of $3.8 billion with adjusted EBITDA reaching a record $492 million, representing a 13.1% margin. Net income for the year totaled $201 million, or $7.28 per diluted share.
Fourth quarter results showed net sales of $948 million with adjusted EBITDA of $110 million. The company generated $410 million in operating cash flow for the full year and $292 million in adjusted free cash flow.
Visteon repurchased $57 million of shares during 2025 and invested $50 million in acquisitions as part of its balanced capital allocation strategy.

The Van Buren Township, Michigan-based company won a record $7.4 billion in new business during 2025, spanning displays, infotainment systems, digital clusters, and electrification products. The company launched 86 new products across 19 automotive manufacturer customers throughout the year.
New business wins included $3.6 billion in displays, $2.1 billion in SmartCore and infotainment systems, $1.4 billion in clusters, and $300 million in electrification business. Visteon also secured $1.1 billion in new business within commercial vehicle and two-wheeler segments.
