Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), a leader in organic light emitting diode technologies and materials, declared a first quarter 2026 cash dividend of $0.50 per share on its common stock. 2025 Financial Performance

Universal Display reported net income of $242.1 million, or $5.08 per diluted share, for 2025 compared to $222.1 million, or $4.65 per diluted share, in 2024. Total revenue reached $650.6 million in 2025, up slightly from $647.7 million in 2024.

Material sales declined to $353.0 million in 2025 from $365.4 million in 2024, while royalty and license fees increased to $275.1 million from $266.8 million. The revenue increase from royalties was primarily driven by changes in customer mix, though partially offset by a $7.1 million out-of-period adjustment recorded in the third quarter of 2025.

Operating income rose to $248.6 million in 2025 from $238.8 million in 2024. The company's effective income tax rate was 17.9% in 2025 compared to 18.4% in 2024.

Total gross margin was 76% in 2025 versus 77% in 2024. Gross margin on material sales specifically was 60% in 2025, down from 63% in 2024.

2026 Outlook and Share Repurchases

The company issued 2026 revenue guidance of $650 million to $700 million. Universal Display noted that the OLED industry remains at a stage where many variables can have a material impact on results.

Universal Display repurchased 291,210 shares of common stock for $34.1 million during 2025. Year to date through February 17, 2026, the company has repurchased an additional 163,203 shares for $19.2 million.
