Transit Pro Tech Revenue Drops 33% to $70,500 in Q1 2026 as Net Loss Widens

Transit Pro Tech reported revenue of $70,500 for the three months ending December 31, 2025, down 33% from $105,296 in the same quarter a year earlier. Gross profit fell to $62,477 from $94,393 a year earlier, even as cost of revenue declined to $8,023 from $10,903. The company's operating loss widened to $132,705 from $82,081 in the year-ago quarter.

Research and development spending more than doubled to $54,183 from $25,643 in the prior-year quarter, driving much of the increase in operating losses. Interest expense declined to $2,535 from $4,166 a year earlier.

Cash flow from operations turned negative at $85,524 for the quarter, a reversal from positive cash flow of $38,770 in the year-ago period. The company raised $92,288 through financing activities, compared with negative financing cash flow of $60,110 a year earlier.

Transit Pro Tech held $26,053 in cash and cash equivalents as of December 31, down from $26,886 at the end of the prior quarter on September 30. Total assets stood at $187,511, nearly flat from $188,423 three months earlier.

The company's stockholders' deficit widened to $943,896 as of December 31 from $805,397 at September 30. Total liabilities increased to $1.13 million from $993,820 over the same period, with current liabilities rising to $1.05 million from $903,900.

Property, plant and equipment grew to $26,015 from $18,682 at the end of the prior quarter. Current assets increased modestly to $39,429 from $36,658.

The company reported 20.2 million shares outstanding as of December 31, unchanged from the prior quarter. Retained deficit stood at $1.90 million, compared with $1.77 million three months earlier.
