Record First Quarter Results
The dividend declaration accompanied TD SYNNEX's fiscal 2026 first quarter results, which showed revenue of $17.2 billion, up 18.1% year over year. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share reached $4.73, a 68.9% increase from the prior-year quarter and described by management as a record.
The company returned $118 million to stockholders during the quarter through approximately $80 million in share repurchases and $39 million in dividends.
Non-GAAP gross billings totaled $25.8 billion, up 24.4% year over year. GAAP diluted earnings per share came in at $4.04, compared to $1.98 in the first quarter of fiscal 2025.
CEO Patrick Zammit said the results reflected strong performance across both the company's distribution and Hyve businesses. Gross margin expanded to 7.30% from 6.87% in the year-ago period, while operating margin increased to 2.85% from 2.10%.
TD SYNNEX supports more than 150,000 customers across over 100 countries, offering IT hardware, software, and systems from more than 2,500 technology vendors. The company operates through distribution segments covering the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific and Japan, as well as its Hyve Solutions business focused on compute and infrastructure.
For the fiscal 2026 second quarter, TD SYNNEX projects revenue of $16.1 billion to $16.9 billion and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $3.75 to $4.25.
