Fourth Quarter and Full-Year Results
The Mayodan, North Carolina-based company reported fourth quarter net sales of $151.1 million, up 3.6% from $145.8 million in the same period of 2024. Full-year net sales reached $546.1 million, a 1.9% increase from $535.6 million in 2024.
Fourth quarter diluted earnings came in at $0.21 per share, down from $0.62 per share in the year-ago quarter. On an adjusted basis, diluted earnings for the fourth quarter were $0.26 per share.
For the full year, the company reported a loss of $0.27 per share compared to diluted earnings of $1.77 per share in 2024. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.84 in 2025 versus $1.86 in 2024.
