Fourth Quarter Performance
The dividend announcement came alongside Sonic's fourth quarter 2025 results, which showed total revenues of $4.0 billion. The company's franchised dealerships segment posted revenues of $3.4 billion, flat year-over-year, while generating record gross profit of $535.8 million, up 4% from the prior year period.
