The waste management and environmental services company disclosed the dividend alongside its 2026 financial guidance, which calls for revenue in the range of $17.050 billion to $17.150 billion. Republic expects average yield on total revenue to grow between 3.2 percent and 3.7 percent, while projecting volume to decline approximately 1.0 percent.

2026 Financial Outlook

Republic Services projects adjusted EBITDA between $5.475 billion and $5.525 billion for the full year. The company expects adjusted diluted earnings per share in the range of $7.20 to $7.28.

Adjusted free cash flow is forecast between $2.520 billion and $2.560 billion. Capital expenditures are expected to total $1.960 billion to $2.000 billion, net of proceeds from property and equipment sales.

The company plans to invest approximately $1 billion in acquisitions during 2026. As of February 17, 2026, Republic had already deployed roughly $400 million toward acquisitions.

Chief Executive Jon Vander Ark said the outlook is supported by pricing that exceeds cost inflation, productivity gains from digital tools, and strategic acquisitions. Average yield on related business revenue is expected to grow between 4.0 percent and 4.5 percent.
