Muncy Columbia Financial Corporation (OTCQX: CCFN), parent company of Journey Bank, raised its quarterly dividend by $0.01 to $0.46 per share and declared a special one-time dividend of $1.00 per share. The moves follow record 2025 earnings.
Muncy Columbia Financial Corporation (OTCQX: CCFN), parent company of Journey Bank, raised its regular quarterly dividend by $0.01 to $0.46 per share for the first quarter of 2026, up from $0.45 per share in the prior quarter. The Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania-based bank holding company also declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.00 per share, payable April 23, 2026, to shareholders of record as of April 8, 2026.

Financial Performance and Capital Position
Muncy Columbia reported record earnings for 2025, with net income of $24.2 million, or $6.85 per share, compared to $19.0 million, or $5.33 per share, for 2024. Return on average assets rose to 1.49% from 1.19%, while return on average equity climbed to 13.57% from 11.88%.
Book value per share increased 15.6% to $54.44 at December 31, 2025, from $47.11 a year earlier. Journey Bank's Tier 1 Leverage Ratio improved to 9.93% from 9.10% over the same period.
Credit quality strengthened during the year, with past-due loans declining to 1.11% of total loans at year-end 2025 from 1.72% at year-end 2024.
The company paid total dividends of $2.30 per share in 2025, including regular quarterly dividends of $1.80 per share and a special dividend of $0.50 per share paid in May 2025. Regular quarterly dividends in 2024 totaled $1.76 per share.
Muncy Columbia merged with Muncy Bank Financial, Inc. in 2023. Management said growth in 2024 and 2025 has strengthened capital and liquidity positions, allowing the company to return capital to shareholders while maintaining well-capitalized status.
