Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results
McGrath reported total revenues of $256.8 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, up 5% from the same period in 2024. Net income for the quarter reached $49.8 million, or $2.02 per diluted share, compared to $38.9 million, or $1.58 per diluted share, a year earlier.
For the full year 2025, total revenues increased 4% to $944.2 million from $910.9 million in 2024. Adjusted EBITDA rose $10.7 million, or 3%, to $362.5 million. Net income for the year was $156.3 million, or $6.35 per diluted share.
The 2024 full year results included a $180.0 million merger termination payment from WillScot Mobile Mini and $63.2 million in related transaction costs, net of taxes. Excluding these items, 2025 net income increased $10.9 million, or 7%, and diluted earnings per share rose $0.43, or 7%.
Rental operations revenues increased 6% to $170.0 million in the fourth quarter, while sales revenues grew 5% to $84.4 million. Income from operations climbed 18% to $74.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased 14% to $104.9 million.
The company's Mobile Modular segment saw modular rental revenues increase 2%, driven by commercial customers. Portable storage rental revenues grew 3%, benefiting from seasonal retail business. TRS-RenTelco also contributed to the quarter's performance gains.
