Manhattan Associates Revenue Climbs 7.4% to $282.2M in Q1 FY2026

Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), a supply chain and omnichannel commerce software provider, reported total revenue of $282.2 million for the three months ending March 31, 2026, compared with $262.8 million for the same period in 2025. Net income for the quarter declined to $49.3 million, or $0.82 per diluted share, down from $52.6 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2025. Operating income increased to $64.9 million from $63.2 million in the prior-year quarter.

License revenue jumped 24.2% to $117.1 million, compared with $94.3 million in Q1 FY2025. Services revenue fell 4.8% to $30.6 million from $32.1 million. Hardware and other revenue totaled $8.8 million, down from $15.2 million in the year-ago period.

Cost of goods sold for the quarter was $126.6 million, up from $114.6 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2025. Research and development expenses rose to $37.3 million from $35.3 million. Operating expenses totaled $126.1 million, compared with $114.4 million in the prior-year period.

Cash from operations for the quarter was $84.0 million, up from $75.3 million in Q1 FY2025. The company used $179.4 million in financing activities during the quarter, compared with $136.4 million in the same period last year. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $226.1 million as of March 31, 2026, down from $328.7 million at the end of fiscal 2025.

Total assets declined to $740.5 million as of March 31, 2026, from $839.4 million at December 31, 2025. Stockholders' equity fell to $205.2 million from $314.8 million at the prior fiscal year-end. The company had 59.2 million shares outstanding as of quarter-end, down from 59.8 million at December 31, 2025.
