Net income for the quarter declined to $49.3 million, or $0.82 per diluted share, down from $52.6 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2025. Operating income increased to $64.9 million from $63.2 million in the prior-year quarter.

The company used $179.4 million in financing activities during the quarter, compared with $136.4 million in the same period last year. Cash and cash equivalents stood at $226.1 million as of March 31, 2026, down from $328.7 million at the end of fiscal 2025.
Total assets declined to $740.5 million as of March 31, 2026, from $839.4 million at December 31, 2025. Stockholders' equity fell to $205.2 million from $314.8 million at the prior fiscal year-end.
