The regular monthly dividends total $0.78 for the second quarter of 2026, up from $0.75 in the second quarter of 2025. All three monthly payments share the same ex-dividend date of February 23, 2026, with staggered record and payment dates through June 15.

The supplemental dividend of $0.30 per share will be paid from undistributed taxable income accumulated as of December 31, 2025. It carries an ex-dividend date of March 20 and a payment date of March 27, 2026.
