Full-Year 2025 Financial Performance
For the full year 2025, Lineage reported total revenue of $5.36 billion, flat compared to the prior year. The company posted a GAAP net loss of $113 million, or $0.43 per diluted common share.
Adjusted EBITDA decreased 2.3% to $1.30 billion, with the adjusted EBITDA margin falling 70 basis points to 24.2%. Adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) increased 22.7% to $865 million, while AFFO per share rose 2.4% to $3.37.
