Fourth Quarter Financial Performance
The dividend announcement came alongside the company's fourth quarter 2025 results. James River reported net income from continuing operations of $30.2 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This compared to a net loss from continuing operations of $92.7 million, or $2.25 per diluted share, in the same period of 2024.
