For the three months ending January 31, 2026, revenue increased 6% to $320.5 million from $303.3 million a year earlier. Net income for the quarter was $20.9 million, compared to $20.3 million in the prior-year quarter, a gain of 3%.
Operating income for the six-month period climbed 12% to $58.2 million from $52.0 million, while gross profit expanded to $239.5 million from $219.7 million. Cost of revenue rose to $403.8 million from $393.2 million.
Operating expenses for the half-year increased to $181.3 million from $167.8 million. Selling, general and administrative expenses grew to $152.9 million from $141.8 million, while research and development spending rose to $27.8 million from $25.4 million.
The company generated $28.2 million in cash from operations during the six months, up from $20.3 million in the prior-year period. Cash used in investing activities totaled $21.4 million, compared to $10.0 million a year earlier. Financing activities consumed $17.9 million, versus $14.0 million previously.
Total assets stood at $678.3 million as of January 31, 2026, up from $626.2 million at July 31, 2025. Cash and cash equivalents decreased to $210.2 million from $226.5 million. The company held $336.9 million in cash and restricted cash, down from $341.8 million six months earlier.
Stockholders' equity rose to $339.7 million from $305.1 million. Total liabilities increased to $310.1 million from $295.8 million. Current assets grew to $572.8 million from $520.3 million.
