Full Year 2025 Financial Performance
The dividend declaration accompanied ICF's announcement of fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results. Revenues from commercial, state and local, and international government clients increased 16% in the fourth quarter and 14% for the full year, reaching 57% of annual revenues.
For 2026, ICF expects revenues to range from $1.89 billion to $1.96 billion, representing 3% growth at the midpoint.
