The company reported operating income of $166.8 million for the quarter, an increase of 10.2% from $151.4 million in the prior-year period. Operating expenses totaled $845.1 million, up from $838.0 million a year earlier.

Management fee revenue, the company's primary revenue stream, climbed to $786.4 million from $755.0 million in the first quarter of 2025. Investment income from the company's portfolio contributed $19.5 million, up from $17.6 million a year earlier.

Labor and related expenses increased to $92.1 million from $90.0 million in the prior-year quarter, while general and administrative expenses declined to $14.0 million from $15.6 million.

Cash generated from operations totaled $91.9 million for the quarter, down from $118.1 million in the first quarter of 2025. The company used $88.7 million in investing activities and $80.4 million in financing activities during the period.

Total assets stood at $3.38 billion as of March 31, 2026, compared to $3.36 billion at year-end 2025. Cash and restricted cash declined to $268.6 million from $345.9 million at December 31, 2025.

Diluted earnings per share for the quarter came to $2.88, up from $2.65 in the first quarter of 2025, based on 52.3 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
