Expanded Share Repurchase Authorization

Crescent's board extended the company's share repurchase program indefinitely and increased the authorization from $150 million to $400 million in February 2026. The company had approximately $86 million remaining under the previous authorization at year-end 2025.

During 2025, Crescent repurchased approximately $33 million of common stock under the program. Management said the expanded authorization provides flexibility to allocate capital opportunistically during market volatility.

2026 Operating Outlook

The company expects to produce between 320,000 and 335,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2026, with oil comprising 40% to 42% of total production. Development capital spending is projected between $1.325 billion and $1.425 billion.

Crescent plans to operate a flexible six to seven rig program in 2026, including one to two rigs in the Permian Basin as it integrates recently acquired assets. The outlook incorporates contributions from minerals acquisitions that closed in the first quarter of 2026.

Adjusted operating expenses excluding production and other taxes are estimated at $11.50 to $12.50 per barrel of oil equivalent. Adjusted recurring cash general and administrative expenses are projected at $1.15 to $1.25 per barrel of oil equivalent.
