The board declared a distribution of $0.453125 per share on the company's 7.250% Series A Preferred Shares. The distribution covers the period from January 30, 2026, through April 29, 2026.

The board also declared distributions of $0.4921875 per share on both the 7.875% Series B Preferred Shares and the 7.875% Series C Preferred Shares. Both Series B and C distributions cover the same quarterly period as Series A.

All three distributions will be paid on April 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2026.

The company noted that the preferred cash distributions should generally constitute qualified dividends for U.S. federal income tax purposes to the extent they are paid from earnings and profits, provided the requisite holding period is met.

Distributions exceeding earnings and profits will first be treated as a non-taxable return of capital up to the holder's adjusted tax basis in the shares, and thereafter as capital gain from the sale or exchange of such shares.
