Total revenue climbed 33% to $1.43 billion for the three months ending January 31, 2026, versus $1.07 billion in the prior-year quarter. Product revenue accounted for $1.15 billion, while services generated $164.1 million.
Gross profit expanded to $625.5 million from $471.8 million, representing a gross margin improvement to 43.8% from 44.0% in the year-ago period. Cost of goods sold totaled $801.5 million, up from $600.4 million.
Operating income more than doubled to $189.4 million from $80.7 million as operating expenses rose to $436.1 million from $391.2 million. Research and development spending increased to $221.5 million from $192.7 million.
Cash Generation Accelerates
Cash from operations surged to $227.6 million for the quarter, up 119% from $103.7 million in the prior-year period. The company ended the quarter with $1.12 billion in cash and cash equivalents, up from $1.09 billion at the start of the fiscal year.
