The Board of Directors approved the dividend as the company reported fourth quarter 2025 results. AdvanSix operates five U.S.-based manufacturing facilities producing materials for building and construction, fertilizers, agrochemicals, plastics, solvents, packaging, paints, coatings, adhesives, electronics, and other end markets.

Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Results

AdvanSix reported fourth quarter sales of $360 million, up 9% versus the prior year. The company posted a loss of $0.10 per share for the quarter, or adjusted earnings of $0.03 per share. Cash flow from operations reached $64 million in the fourth quarter.

The company completed planned plant turnarounds in 2025 at the lower end of its expected range. For 2026, AdvanSix expects pre-tax income impact from plant turnarounds to be $20 to $25 million, compared with approximately $25 million in 2025.

AdvanSix announced capital expenditures are projected in the range of $75 to $95 million for 2026, driven by risk-based prioritization of capital investments. The company has launched a multi-year non-manpower fixed cost savings program targeting approximately $30 million in annual savings.

The company expects cash flow benefits in 2026 and beyond from 45Q carbon capture tax credits and 100% bonus depreciation. Management noted the end market environment entering 2026 remains mixed, with continued strength in plant nutrients and acetone margins near cycle averages, while nylon has plateaued at trough levels.
