Full Year Financial Performance

Adamas reported net income attributable to common stockholders of $101.1 million for 2025, or $1.12 per share. Earnings available for distribution reached $80.6 million, or $0.89 per share for the year.

The company generated $601.9 million in interest income against $452.6 million in interest expense, producing net interest income of $149.3 million. The yield on average interest earning assets was 6.36% with a net interest spread of 1.46%.

Book value per common share stood at $9.60 at year-end, while adjusted book value per share reached $10.63.
